The 20V MAX XR Brushless 1-1/8 in. Rotary Hammer is a high-performance drill powered by a brushless motor and a durable German-engineered mechanism, delivering 3.5 Joules of impact energy. The lightweight design makes this rotary hammer ideal for structural connections, beam & column anchorage, rod hanging, seismic & safety attachments, cable tray & strut mounting, and steel stanchion mounting. It is part of the PERFORM and PROTECT product line, integrated with the Anti-Rotation E-CLUTCH System and the SHOCKS ACTIVE VIBRATION CONTROL System. E-CLUTCH protects the user in bind-up situations by stopping the rotation of the bit. SHOCKS reduces vibration felt by the user at the handles, compared to rotary hammers without this feature. This hammer becomes OSHA Table 1 Compliant when used with the DWH304DH On Board Extractor.
